@nathanr05 impossible lol... physically, it's impossible because your legs are so tiny you can't produce the stride to gain any momentum for speed... thats why little kids are so slow
@nathanr05 still doesn't mean you run 7.2 in 60 meters... I'm not trying to be an arrogant ass here because I've never done indoor track which holds the 60m but I can tell you my friend won the sectional AA invitation meet, if you know what that is anyway, and he barely pulled out 7.2's and he's 5'11 and 18. maybe make a video or something
Its by me like my NDF211Gunner, I am just younger, 15, and run by about 7.5 sec. but I am not sure, i begonn in summer with training, and since there i became no new time said from my trainer, is that fast?
@MrPatschn christophe lemaitre started athletics at 15 years old ! he ran at 15 years old 50M : 6.28s 60M : 7,52 at 16 years old 50M : 6,02 60M : 6,96 at 17 years old 50M : 5,86 60M : 6,73
@NDF211Gunner yes thats actually good. I'm not a 60 runner (200 and 400 guy) and I did it in 7.2 but that was also when i was 17 a year older than you and i had been working hard for a while. unfortunately the 60 is an event with little to no strategy (besides the blocks and start of course) so besides working out not much you can adjust to in that one unlike the 4 or 8 where experience and learning the sport helps a lot. its just a full speed race. work on leg strength for that one.
What faster you are earlier of /on this trip so its all great thing but you needs also a some endurance as well, there is maxim speed which eat a lot of powers and endurance so your endurance have to be good but with a right way. Sprinter dont need any long trip runners physic i know. But i have heared those some famous great Sprinters also runs about 300-400 meter trips as i mean now 100-200 meter runners. Great sport is Athletics.
@NDF211Gunner That is Excellent for somebody with no track experience, but if you are taking the sport seriously, you need to be doing 7.5s or quicker. But with training, I don't see why you can't achieve that, best of luck my friend :)
@VideoSupercar I forgot to say that I also ran it on concrete... it was rough on my legs... does that make a difference cause I didn't have spikes on.
@NDF211Gunner for someone who is untrained in Sprinting it is a good Time. I am also 16 years and my PB is 7.52s and i am trained. Think you should keeping on
The powers that be is has created a White Man to compete with The Black Sprinters to Fulfill the dream of the White Race being superior. But it will never happen Usain Bolt all day.
@GrigOrigTK I have no direct facts. I have no direct proof. All I have is questions. Though Olympic steroid testing had been in effect since 1976, testing for masking/blocking agents wasn't implemented until after the 1988 Olympics (I've yet to find an exact date, but it wasn't before 1988). My question is this: Is it possible that Lewis consumed steroids and masking agents during the mid to late 80's?
Testing for diuretics wasn't performed until 1988.
Testing for Steroid masking/blocking agents wasn't performed until after 1988.
Some believe Lewis was the poster boy for masking agents.
Steroid cheaters are always ahead of the testing technology.
Your blind acceptance of Lewis' innocence is charming, albeit naive. You put way to much emotion into something that happened years ago, but I can't wait for you overly emotional temper tantrum response on such a moot point.
@GrigOrigTK "Carl Lewis has broken his silence on allegations that he was the beneficiary of a drugs cover-up, admitting he had tested positive for banned substances but claiming he was just one of "hundreds" of American athletes who were allowed to escape bans." The Guardian - Wednesday 23 April 2003.
Sports is big business full of liars and cheaters who want the big bucks. Your hero, Lewis is just another one. Believe what you want, but try not getting so emotional about it.
@GrigOrigTK Just because they don't get caught doesn't mean they don't use it. Is a thief still a criminal even though he hasn't been caught? Lewis' muscles were ripped! It's naive to think sprinters don't use steroids. But you think Lewis was as innocent as a boy scout. Cold remedy! Ha!
@GrigOrigTK Well he's one of the fastest men on earth, but guess who's been ahead of him the past few big 100m races? Tyson Gay and Usain Bolt. Asafa has the best start, in the 100m race, in the world without a doubt, but if he can't win when his competition (Usain Bolt) gets a WORSE start, then obviously Asafa needs a higher top speed, right? And let's think. Maybe less anxiety=more speed? Take a moment to look at all the sides of someone's opinion before declaring it bullshit, man. Not cool.
Usain Bolt shoudl really take a look at how these guys burst out of the blocks. That's the only thing Usain Bolt needs to improve his time. Asafa Powell...well he just needs more speed. He's already got the beat start in all of Track & Field.
Yeah,he need much more muscles and training on his starts. But Its really difficult to beat Usain. Maybe he can do it on his 25-26 Years, but he needs much more experience and training to do it.
