A POV is possible, however that means modifying the trains and buying video equipment that I don't have the cash for right now.

Search, "Montu POV" and watch one of those if you want a POV of the coaster.

Cart fell off the tracks and smashed and although I did get a new cart it was depressing when it broke plus when I say it smashed it really smashed not just the wheels breaking or anything.

It all snaps back together. Honestly, if you can't put it back after it comes apart, the kit is too advanced for you.

I know it snaps back together, and thanks for the advice, but mine actually broke, it was the plastic on the first three carts, when it fell off, it broke, not came apart. I got a new one though, and it works fine so it's all good! =)

It's because you can't scale down gravety. Small things weigh less, so they move faster... (I guess) Too bad though

coasterdynamix(.)com is your source. Yes, the track itelf is all flexible but the lift track. You can go to the coasterdynamix website for all the different type of B&M trains that are availible: inverted, dive, floorless, hyper, sitdown/looping train.

Montu is about a dragon and a scorpion worth of parts.

If you blew this up to life size, it would travel the same speed. It would look slower because of the size. You can scale the ride but you can not scale the effects of gravity.

THe model is performing the way it is supposed to. If you slow the train down, it will not complete the track.

And the videos do not do the models justice.

The level of detail in this stuff is incredible but it just costs waaay to much for me to justify. K'Nex is my choice.

I do think so. There is no possible way to slow these models down without having a roll back or valley. The video also makes the model seem like it is moving way faster than it actually is.

the videos make it look like it is going faster in than what it is. While you can scale the ride, you can not scale the effects gravity has on the trains. if you were to take this model, blow it up to full size, it would travel nearly the same speed as the real montu

Yes, that is about what it took to create Montu. You may end up with a few left over parts, but that is a good thing!

i recoment a dragon to start out with, and go from there. Montu CAN be built with just one dragon, BUT it will be very small. This model of Montu was originally built with one dragon, then i added more, and more, and more to it, and as you can see this is the final product of adding on to a dragon kit.

The tracks only come in one color, yellow. I had to paint the track and supports. The track is navy blue and the supports are "Modern Dessert sand"

CoasterDynamix coasters are better than Knex coaster, because of the appearance. CoasterDynamix coasters look like the real B&M coasters which Coasterdynamix is making their models after.

The coaster supplies I use do not have brakes. It I do add brakes to the layout and slow it down, the train will not make it back to the station. The scale of my Montu model is 1:48 (O scale) The yellow rain you see sitting there is an On30.
