If Miss Philippines won't be part of the Top 16 at least , then it's obvious that there is politics in the Miss Universe. I am not from the Philippines but after re-checking the preliminaries. Oh boy is she outstanding. She is stunning and obviously she efforlessly stole the crowd. Others are just bunch of cute faces and luxurous gowns but they walk poor. Viva Filipinas. Kudos in advance
