Stick infringement, that's how he did it. Watch at 0:18, the black stick is lifted and you hear it was knocked by something (white stick).

Probably a 1 or 2 minute penalty since it was almost a breakaway (though another white was coming back, but slightly behind play).

This is just my point of view from what I see from this angle.
