This is SO TYPICAL of U-Haul equipment!! DO NOT take any shit from them!! Their equipment is not maintained at all, many of their trucks catch fire,trailers with bad wheels bearings,shitty tires, bad brakes. U-HAUL IS NOT A GOOD DEAL EVEN FOR FREE!!!!!!! You are very lucky you didnt lose your cargo, many do and U-Haul wont replace anything!!
