  • PLEASE, ANYONE READING THIS - PLEASE TAKE NOTE. THESE PRACTICES ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. KUNDALINI IS NOT A WAY TO GOD. I KNEW SOMEONE WHO LITERALLY WENT MAD BECAUSE OF KUNDALINI AWAKENING, OTHERS BECAME DISABLED OR MENTALLY ILL.

THE ONLY WAY TO GOD REALLY IS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. NOTHING CAN ATONE FOR THE SINS YOU KNOW YOU'RE GUILTY OF BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS. IT'S A BASIC PRINCIPLE -ONE LIFE SURRENDERED FOR THE LIFES OF MANY. DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY 'GURU' WHO GAVE THEIR LIFE FOR YOU?

  • @nevernextdoor1 What,,,the hell?

Yoga...is NOT a religion. We don't have to praise anyone. We are not against any God. We simply choose to look what's inside of us and cultivate it. Stop bringing Jesus to the table. Spread the love and let people be happy in their own way.

  • @ShadowAngelEva666 Yoga is very much a religion, if you're under the impression it's not then you're living in ignorance. Do your research. Yoga means to be yoked (with God). It's the Hindu religion and the Hindu God Brahmin. Kundalini is the hardcore yoga that unites the 'two demi-gods'. Each chakra also has a god. It's all rooted in Hindu mysticism. Please also know these are nothing to do with the Christian way so you can't say this is all a 'one-path uni-religion'. It's Hinduism!

  • @nevernextdoor1 my friend, you seem to believe Christians r not a part of humanity made differently than other peopl. You suggest for others to do research into yoga ,well I humbly suggest you should do the same as a Christian and you will my friend find out that Jesus the Christ was indeed a Master Yogin & all the Apostles of Jesus were initiates in the art of Yoga which means as u stated Union with God.U must study the esoteric meaning of the Bible friend & not Christian dogma.

  • @michaelisuno1 I understand how new ageism likes to define the bible in terms of the the esoteric, yes. You are as stuck in an ideology as much as you think I am. Jesus did not teach anyone to sit and breathe into chakras or stretch into postures that relate to demi-gods. He taught a simple, PRACTICAL spiritual path that was rooted in human relationships. He said not to make repetitious words in prayer (ie. no mantras), just simple prayer, and taught ONE God. HE WAS NOT A YOGI.

  • @nevernextdoor1 huh lol friend U seem to B stuck & struck with dogma so steep,I don't think U would even at this point of ur awareness benefit from honest & enlightening dialogue anyone who will try share with U, the truth about the Christian Hijacked Bible & the churches teaching their false "dead" dogma/Religion only 4 control of the flock, deliberately twisting the words of the Living Master Jesus who taught Truth of God,A Spiritual Science he called the Kingdom of God within.

  • @michaelisuno1 You're right he definitely came to teach true spirituality but none of those teachings were about opening chakras through conscious manipulation. In fact he was fundamentally against that. If he strongly advised against repetitious mantras and sounds and preached monotheism (which he did), where do you get the idea that Eastern mysticism is 'Truth of God' (yours). We are told about the lie that appears as an angel of light. You fail to see your own 'new age dogma'

  • @nevernextdoor1U assume too much friend,I am not a new age freak. My aim is 2 share & open ur dogma steeped mind & examine Spiritual teaching of Jesus.Don't u see what is going on? Roman Church's council of Nicaea acted to stamp out the original Christian Gnostics & their anti-dogmatic approach to spirituality & u keep bringing up nonsense here about Chakras which r only energy centers in every humans' body Yours & Every Christians' body included"The Kingdom of God is within U"JC

  • @michaelisuno1 Manipulation of scripture to suit a viewpoint. 'The Kingdom of God is within you' just refers to the fact that the Jewish people thought that God was in the churches and performing rituals to please him and giving sacrifices etc, that's all. Jesus was saying that it's from within we find God, that didn't mean he was teaching manmade exercises to awaken energy in the body. He was saying through the practice of love we find our path from the heart. Please be careful

  • @nevernextdoor1 U my friend seem to have a very close mind about everything u don't understand,&R quite bigoted & sadly also prejudiced against all things u have never bothered to investigate nor study about before u post warnings about Yoga being against Christ's teaching etc.Did u know for instance all so called Christian Saints also have had spontaneous Kundalini awakening &experienced God for themselves? Pls google this 2learn :Christ & the Kundalini

    By Dr Ramesh Manocha

  • @nevernextdoor1 ctd.first thing u need to realize my Christian Friend if u wish to listen is:Definition of religion: An orchestrated ideology that enslave the mentality of individuals through a path of faith. Which is used as a tool to dumb-down the originality of a person through dogmatic brainwashing and bogus fairytales.

In the words of Baresi, "it is used to keep us obedient"

In one word, a load of CRAP!

If u love JC, try ur best 2 know Him well independently without bs dogma

  • @michaelisuno1 nope, i'm not into religion at all, infact i'm pretty anti religious - just that when you read about Jesus' teachings, as well as all the love and faith, there are clear warnings of things to stay away from, whether you care to pay attention to or not. If you love JC why don't you try recognizing your own dogma and read what he ACTUALLY taught. You're a classic product of your own new age dogma. It's just as bad. Alot of the stuff you preach, he was against

  • @nevernextdoor1 If u are not "into religion " or anything like that then stop giving warnings to people about things u know nothing about, in public forums embarrassing yourself.Worse,u are also exposing ur true ignorance,by refusing to listen/investigate /research & learn.I was just trying 2 share with u but it seems it is a waste of my time.No I am not into New Age fads at all.As Christian I spoke to u from study &experience only.Pls.feel free to believe as u wish God bles U.

  • @michaelisuno1 Look, I have been studying religions for years, I have been seeking truth for years. I promise you I know about kundalini, there is even a possibility that I have awakened my own (by accident). All I'm saying is, though kundalini may exist, the danger with following the Hindu route is you're drawn into the idea of deities and demi-gods and if practised the wrong way can become demonic and unhealthy in people who's hearts aren't pure. The path of Jesus is pure.

  • Huh,friend,so now u say that u study world religion? So then,if you as a Christian think or believe u may have awakened ur own ‘Kundalini’live force, which is in every human being then u now should have first hand knowledge of truth I shared with u,ur Third Eye or Spiritual Eye will open & u will see 5demnsional world/truth.

Kundalini energy btw is called Holy Spirit in Christian Tradition.Remember Christian Bible is written in metaphors &allegories starting in Genesis & also NT

  • @michaelisuno1 If you think kundalini awakens and blisfully rises in everyone to give them wonderful insights of truth etc you're ABSOLUTELY wrong. Kundalini is often a dangerous and painful process and definitely doesn't mean the experiencer ''should have first hand evidence of truth'. I'm sorry but it's very naive of you to think that. Jesus didn't teach in reincarnation, he taught we die once then, there is one resurrection.

  • @nevernextdoor1 I agree Kundalini energy rising could be very difficult & dangerous, for the uninitiated or to those that try to force this powerful energy to wake up & rise for only selfish power tripping reasons.

But..“The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil was the tree of divine Wisdom.

"when rightly plucked, the forbidden fruit is the food of Life; wrongly, it is the fruit of Death

  • @nevernextdoor1 Wisdom (knowledge) is a tree of life to them that lay hold of her," by "tree" they meant the human cerebrospinal system.

When it is stimulated by a new potent form of Life Energy, called prana, the nervous system becomes the Tree of Life.

Then an extraordinary change occurs, beginning of a highly accelerated evolutionary activity in body, known 2 adepts as awakening of Serpent Power,or Kundalini.

  • @nevernextdoor1 Reincarnation& Early Christians

In December,1945,early Christian writings containing many secrets of the early Christian religion were found in upper Egypt,a location where many Christians fled during the Roman invasion of Jerusalem.Undisturbed since their concealment almost 2 K yrs ago, these manuscripts of Christian mysticism rank in importance with Dead Sea Scrolls. The writings affirmed existence of doctrine of reincarnation taught among early Jews &Christians

  • @michaelisuno1 I'm slightly sceptical of the authenticity of those documents but I'd like a link to that stuff if you've got it?

  • @nevernextdoor1Glad to see u r now asking me 4 links to research material, makes me feel my time is not wasted & we are learning from each other about this very important subject.Just google: Reincarnation & the Early Christians, and many writings about the 1945 discovered Nag Hammadi early Christian Gospels etc will come up,the one I quoted 2 u from is at link called near death dot com experiences origen06.So now u will see how the Kundalini concept is also a Christian concept

  • @nevernextdoor1 pls.let me know if u have difficulty finding the writings concerning ur question about reincarnation & the early Christian gospels,or if u do read them, let me know what u think about them etc.

    Enjoy ur research &dig deep.

It is amazing to discover this,cos,whole/most scriptures in our Christian Bible suddenly will open up to u as u discover their true meaning etc.

Btw,I am still learning of course, but I am grateful to Jesus I have the personal experience as well.

  • @nevernextdoor1 must read book for your research..hope it is going well and u are gaining new perspective etc

Name of the Book is Autobiography of a Yogi, by Paramhansa Yogananda " Read it for Free ...at link ananda dot org autobiography..or just google it by name and it will come up. This book is something that will open up ur perspective on the concept of Hinduism and its' amazing link to original gnostic Christian spiritual concepts as taught by the blessed Jesus.

  • @michaelisuno1 cont..........whether you can see it or not, what you're doing is the same as paganism - introducing mystical add-ons that are not taught.

  • @nevernextdoor1 ctd. hmm..yu say introducing mystical add-ons that are not taught." think about it my Christian friend &ask God & yourself, the important question, why were the Christian Churches for the large part concealing the true meaning of Jeus's Bible teaching? Surely,u don't believe Jesus came to this stupid world 2 teach more crazy dogma like the OT time? Jesus said "The letter killes but the Spirit gives life.Pls study 2 understand esoteric meaning of Bible mysteries

  • @michaelisuno1 No Jesus didn't come to teach dogma, you're right, but neither did he teach breathing into chakras, chanting and mantras. In fact he specifically said that prayer should not be repetitious words or sounds, but simple and practical, in fact his whole spirituality was simple and practical based on human relationships. I'm afraid the new age christian mystics of today are just as bad as the narrow orthodox types who you condemn. Just a different side of the same coin

  • @nevernextdoor1 my friend,u realize that ur reasoning with me is circular citing Bible dogma with intent to win ur argument, when we know that the Bible is hijacked? I am a Christian like U & love the Lord dearly. My intent & attempt as true believer in my beloved JC is 2 share with u truth of his true teachings not discuss false Church dogma. If U willing at least listen with open mind & heart,I'll share with u fruits of my own long yrs independent study of Bible&world Regions etc.

  • @nevernextdoor1ctd.Contrary to popular Christian dogma,Christ did teach about Karma,reincarnation,self-realisationDivine Fem.as Holy Ghost God as Mother. Christ's teachings R more Eastern than the Churches would have us believe or would like to admit. The Christian Gnostics practiced a spirituality more similar to Eastern traditions than to the Western Christianity we know today.Gnostic is Greek for "Knower" (see 3 Cntry,Roman Church Council of Nicaea which stamped it out 4dogma

  • You speak clearly and demonstrate well. However your breath of fire is not correct. Also, exercises in Kundalini yoga sets are time specific and while it is okay to lessen the prescribed times it is never okay to go beyond them. Sat nam.

  • Nice video. Thanks.

I'm new to the game and just now learning about how crucial breathing is to better yoga.

  • im interested in all of these yoga. but im very interested in the eagle pose. can we hold that position for as long as we want, and hold it for say 45 minutes. would that be beneficiary? if so how? I'd appreciate your feedback. namaste

  • Stop tugging your shirt down please. It's a bad habit. It's not done out of necessity.

    Peace & Love.

  • Just to be clear, the breath of fire is just short rapid in and out breaths?

  • Porno

  • Breath of Fire is not being done correctly. It is 2 or 3 breaths per second - NOT 4. It is usual to pause between each asana to assimilate the effects - not to continue doing Breath of Fire from one to the other.

Also, there is no tuning in and tuning out with mantra, which is an integral part of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan who brought the technology to the West in 1969.

  • @GururamKaur

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to share your thoughts. For morning wakeup series BOF is continued throughout, although for others sets one can pause between asanas.

You may vary the pace of BOF depending on your level and power of breath.

Tuning in details are on the website, the video is just details of the exercises ( anmolmehta (dot) com).

    Sat Nam.

  • @AnmolMehtaCom

Having been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 14 years, I have never seen a set from Yogi Bhajan which instructs continuing BoF between asanas. Also, the BoF pace only varies between 2 and 3 breaths per second. More than that and the job is not getting done. It is too swift and shallow. BoF is not to do with your "level and power of breath".

It really depends upon whether you are presenting Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, or your own version.

  • @GururamKaur

Wonderful to have input from such an accomplished teacher. God bless you for teaching yoga and helping others.

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding here. There is no break to be taken in Morning Wakeup Series. The exercises follow each other, so BOF is done throughout the set.

For Beginners or those new to yoga: Please do modify the set as per your capacity and take a break as required.

    Best,

    Anmol

  • @GururamKaur, Gurunam I think kundalini yoga A.K.A kriya yoga was first taught in the west by Sri Paramhansa Yogananda in early 1920s. Sri Yoga Bhajan also taught similar style.

  • @GururamKaur then put your videos!!

  • @GururamKaur dude stfu..if you know it all why are you here..

  • @GururamKaur

You seem to be an expert, yet you are a beginner in Life itself.

There are so many way's suited to the individual.

But you seem to know it all...

And Yogi Bhajan is also just a person in the middle of Life which is always growing.

We are all learning, and that is Life.

You seem to have nothing to learn, so you seem to be dead.

A head full of knowledge, and a heart void of love....

  • great video. Thanks for sharing.

  • Is this the same stuff Yogi Bhajan taught?

  • This is a great self development tool towards maintaining male power!

  • It is safe, but only to be done gently and slowly, without strain until the back gets stronger.
