The problem is that the media business has its own self-fullfilling prophecy. the skinnier you are, the more healthy you appear to be, last time I checked, one of the the best selling rap songs of all time is named "Baby Got Back", and yet visually the music video in question portrays rather thin women. Plese make your own decision about what is healthy and attractive. Dont let someone do it for you. take it from a guy who likes a big booty.
