I didn't even know about this battle until today when I started searching for what happened to Katt after the mental hospital. Katt had a great performance from what I saw on here, but the funny thing is, I don't see ANY recordings of Steve's stand up. I have to be fair, how can I declare a winner in my mind unless I see both stand-ups? Where can I see this whole battle, or at least Steve's side of things?

You need to read up. Harvey pushed for this whole 'challenge' angle AFTER he heard Katt was retiring. Katt didn't really appreciate it, but if you know Katt's style, you should know he will always take on this kind of challenge. Harvey didn't know what he was getting into and started back-pedaling even before the show. Once it started, he tried to act like it was just any other show, but it was too late for that, much too late. Katt rocked, and he was right to go after Harvey like he did.
