MSG, 08th ms team,0080,0083, Zeta,ZZ,Char's counter attack, F91 then Victory Gundam.

msg is really good, i suggest watching it in the 3 movies form, better and cleaner animation and not episodes just movies.

release dates have nothing to do with timeline. G Gundam was made in the 90's, but out off all the gundam series, it's the furthest in the future. And for another perfect example of how release dates have nothing to do with timeline, there's just only 2 words I have to say, Star Wars.

Yeah. I honestly think that Minish Cap is the first in the series because it tells the story about how link got his hat. Toon Link isn't Link at all. He's just a kid who gets wrapped up into a lot of trouble.

Yeah Z & ZZ are so related it's impossible to understand half of ZZ without having watched Z. In fact, the first four series of gundam released (MSG, Z, ZZ, and Char's CA) were all actually released as sequels of the ones that came before them. MSG introduces the concept of the UC world and newtypes, Z elaborates on newtypes and details more of the tragic events of war, ZZ lightens the tone and wraps it all up in a nice package, and then char's counter is just there.

All people say Zeta is best. I think, all of the UC-Series have different ways to be good. You cannot compare them with each other.

Double Zeta was the most tragedic Series, i think. I underestimated the Series after watching the first episode, but after seeing the funny people kidding around, i decided to watch it. After all, ZZ is not funny. It is most serious, Over all more than Z or original.

I liked ZZ. The first half takes a light tone, but it does have some funny moments. But after watching something like Zeta it seems disappointing. The second half is more serious and dark. The series could have been as great as Zeta, but as a whole it's good. It really had a lot of potential. I would still rate it higher than the modern Gundam shows.

I felt the SAME way cuz I had watched Zeta Gundam first as well, and that show was awesome, and then when I watched this show right after, I was dissappointed. People compare it to, and expect it to be exactly like Zeta Gundam even though the series tone is different. It's more like this, Zeta was a Shakespearean tragedy and ZZ was like a Shakespearean comedy and not many people like it because of that.
