@TheHowTo12345 Have you read the books? Master chief was in the spartan ll program, the spartan lll where made on onyx by a rival of Dr halsey. They where made between halo 1-3. The spartan lll's where made to be produced faster and at less cost.

Also the creator of the spartan ll's was not aware they where being made. so master chief was not a spartan lll, he's not stronger or faster or smarter then any of the other Spartans, just just there leader (and a little bit lucky). =-D

read book 2nd class of spartans were trained as hell to overcome those 7 operations which changed thier nerval system (reaction), strength, brain activity, enchances thier bones, build up muscles (in addition they already had, before medical treatment they already looked like olimpic sportsmen) and many other like sightseeing and so on so chief himself crushed 4 odst members in seconds on hand to hand fight. Mostly this was made for them in order not to be torn apart by thier suit.

@Mrspikeprime Reach and the triolidies was just the ending, there was an entire war that started about 25 years before Reach.....Spartan I's were basically regular people, technically Johnson was a Spartan I.......Spartan II's were started about 10 years before the covenant showed up, and they got their armor when the coventant showed up.....about 10-20 years after the war started a new disposable Spartan was created, the Spartan III....so this video is actually about 5-15 years before Reach

Also remember, they went operational when they were 12-14 years of age. Just kids, on suicide missions that other spartans wouldn't go on.

The thing thing i find most interesting and intriguing about this, is the fact that Carter holds a memoir of his parents (or whoever the couple might be); he is a Spartan III, and i think they might have "relaxed" the age frame that Halsey instaurated in order to create the supersoldier she wanted (and humanity needed). Jorge was a Spartan III (just as S-177), he was taller, bulkier, and apparently, more fond to Halsey, arguably, because he was abducted in early childhood. What do you think?
