Who gives a rats ass about procedure? Procedure is set by the executor for the trustees to follow. A trustee can NOT bring suit against the administrator/executor/grantor­/trustor/beneficiary, for not following policy.

Holy shit..... this stuff is really moving forward. I am so excited... I can't believe you threw out the NOICOR. imo the first mistake in this chart he's drawing up, is we created ourselves. We are god. The name on a birth certificate appears exactly on it as it does on the birth registration document. If the name on the birth reg. doc is upper lower case so to is the one on the BC.

@Scum7439 I don't get what you mean, do you mean the certificate of live birth? The BC I have is all caps, but the photocopy of the certificate( affidavit) of live birth is upper and lower case hand written.

This first one was a little dicey with the explanations as it was my first time actually teaching concepts that were previously only in my head. The next set of video's were more clear and helped me put it all in a better perspective and clean things up a lot. It's an evolving process, but the more we teach, the better it gets, and the more we can help people. In the meantime.....Do No Harm, or no amount of knowledge will help you!

@DCDOTCF I intimately know what you mean. I also have had the opportunity to express the thoughts that have been in my head in a presentation before others, and it is as you said, "a little dicey," the first few times, but you do improve and become better organized and your presentation becomes that much better. This is one of the reasons why I like to write. It helps with the "BIG PICTURE" which then helps to give order to the details, so presenting the material connects easier with others.

This isn't about what is logically, philosophically or morally correct. It's about what the pencil pushers, or semi unconscious court clerks can pin on you.

They are not thinking about tacit consent, joinder, straw-man, a4v etc. They're only interested in following their processes, not academic jurisprudence.

@LeksWitschild I haven't done a rigorous scientific study, but I keep seeing situations where people claim freeman status, or a4v, or refuse joinder, etc. and they often end up screwed. Then often I'll see someone report that they have finally been released from prison (e.g. they were detained temporarily). Ironically they always claim that the enforcers were violating common law, or acting unlawfully, or manipulating the person into contracting or geting joinder. But in truth...

@LeksWitschild I see these government people are following typical procedures, not trying to manipulate a person into getting joinder, etc. contracting. At least not consciously. I have watched a few videos of late where people have gone out to act as free man, and ended up getting improsond.

E.g. South London Free Man driving

e.g. Ben Lowry and his motorbike, and these are just off the top of my jhead.
