Everyone is going to have their opinon on who is the greatest of all time, I think its up to each one of us to choose our favorite player, thats whomever inspires us the most as kids. I know I grew up at the hieght of the jordan era, and he was awesome nodout, but now that I am older there are other players who were just as good as him like the GOAT and one of my other favorites Black Jesus Earl the Pearl Monroe. Whomever your favorite player is to me they are all great athletes.

Nobody knows how great the goat would have been if went to the NBA. The same can be said about Len Bias, who was better in college than Jordan was. Sadly he died to a cocaine overdose and you also have Reggie Lewis who also died, with Len Bias they would have been as strong as MJ/Pippen.

MJ was the greatest, but there were plays that had the potential to become as good if not better. We will never know how Bias or Earl would have done in the NBA though.

Earl did prove himself playing against NBA pros at the Rucker and in high school and in college, Earl was in his mid 40's when Jordan won his first championship,he was passed his prime. @tuzwol yea, but what about playing Jordan in 84 or his first years of NBA basketball, i mean Kareem Abdul jabber played Jordan his first couple years, in my opinion Jordan is better than Kareem who is a great player as well but he owe's some of that due to his height 7'2 and his invincible sky hook , Jordan dominated both ends of the court winning scoring title 10x and a defensive player of the the year and still winning 6x NBA and titles.
