Seriously - the cop had to handcuff a kid? Why not just fling him over your shoulder and say bad boy. Its not like he was endangering the officer or anything. I know its bad parenting - but give the kid a break. I always say we should eliminate the current justice system, make a 2 day sentencing- and have two roads for guilty - slap on the wrist 500k, or for rape and murder of innocent people - the bailiff takes you out back and puts one through your temple. It would quickly move people through.
