@franchoofranchoo Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure I would call this bad form. There are multiple ways to perform exercises such as the Snatch. You can perform it more hip dominant (with less knee bend) or quad dominant (with more knee bend). Have you ever seen an Olympic Snatch performed?
@deibs7ft A nice little workout, I do workouts like these first thing in the morning. Your snatch technique is fine (As you already know) The only thing I would do different and something I find useful is to programme your Gymboss timer so the rest period is first (On top) So when you press start you have the initial 10 seconds to get into position and thus maximise your time on the work interval. Thanks for posting.

I always put the 10 seconds first so that I can start right on the spot with the 20 seconds. I use the first 10 seconds to get into position. cheers!
