I ordered on 2/18, it's 3/19 and still no updates on my order. I have e-mailed them like 5 times and they NEVER reply!

Ulta is having BOGO free on Nyx right now, should just cancel my order and go get the few things that I actually wanted and say f the rest!

I sent them an email, asked when I would be getting my stuff. They finally sent me a tracking number. Doesn't do much good tho. It was picked up on 2/11 and it hasn't gone anywhere. I won't get it till my 30 days are up. I know ppl around me are getting theirs, even in Japan. I live in FL.

I kind of had an idea on why they sent it to me within a week.. I called them while I was ordering because one of the things I wanted to order kept coming out to $14 and I was like... uhhh can you please change the prizes on the website... then they said one of the shadows I wanted was sold out :/ so i had to choose another one! lol
