My dad's a jeweler, he often teaches me how to make jewelery. That snake ring was on of the first things i made and I made it from sterling silver.

Try looking up "binosusume" on youtube, she does excellent hair tutorials for longer thicker hair :) she has quite a few on faking a bob. the tutorials are in japanese but some have subs and you can pretty much tell what she's doing by just watching the video.

Jhonny Lavoy has a fantastic video called How to: Make an Eva Longoria Bob. Under Fordmodels username :) I hope that helps, you have to curl your hair however, but if you don't mind that, it's a great way to have "short hair" :)
