@DoomTay the symbol on yami/the pharaoh's forehead is the symbol of the seal of orichalcos. Back in the end of episode 157 and all of 158 yami played the card, which sort of turns you evil and darkhearted. go ahead and watch the 3rd season and youll understand. hope that cleared things up for ya.

(MAJOR SPOILER)Back in S4, the Seal was a evil energy spell card that caused the loser to lose the duel, it (obviously) had evil energy flowing through it . Yugi, in a duel, eventually plays Exchange and ends up with the card and finds that there is no way out, because the duelist Rafiel is about to win, Yugi became desperate and played the card, making him more powerful but also revealing his dark side.

@AugustusDragonSpirit OH HELL YES. Who doesn't love Dartz? He's pretty much the only duelist that wants to do something and actually does it. I mean.... He wants to summon the Leviathan AND he does summon it.

He is a QUALITY villain. not to mention that he has sexy hair, amazing heterochromic eyes and is a king that can hold his own in a duel against not only Kaiba, but also Yugi without a single handicap. He only had 4000 LP to start while Kaiba and Yugi, combined, had 8000.

Yet he manages to take Seto out, steal his soul and nearly beat yugi. If it weren't for the card that Pegasus gave yugi, The Pharaoh would have lost too.

@DaBoyWonda17 Actually, they did make the Seal into a real card, but it has never been released to the public and only the members of Upper Deck have the only 15 copies, and even if we could own it, it cannot be used, since it has a teal back, rendering it unusable. They actually did make it a real card but it was only released as a promo card similar to the original Egyptian God Cards, it literally says in the effect text on the card that the loser gives his soul to the winner. though the card cannot be used in an official duel

I would have liked this series a great deal more if Bakura or even Ryou had been involved. It seemed like anytime an arc that was not directly from the manga was made neither of them had any part; wakeing of the dragons, Noa. Kaiba grand prix, and Bakura even had a major part towards the end of Dungeon Dice monsters and in the anime they were just like errr no.

Man, this is the best Yu-Gi-Oh! Season Waking The Dragons. The one think I liked about this season was Dartz. The best villian in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Series (including GX and 5Ds)

This season was really depressing (not as in it sucked, more like the mood of the series was different). Some of the characters we loved like Mai, Weevil, and Rex had a darker side we never knew. Plus, the Seal of Orichalcos took many innocent lives.

However, this is one of the best seasons ever from Yu-Gi-Oh! :)

Wow, this is so intense. My favorite bit is when they work in the main theme for a second, and it's awesome and you start to feel really pumped up. Then the song shifts straight to this epic hopeless bit that completely crushes how you just felt. Say what you want about 4kids, but not everything they touch turns to solid shit. Case in point, the YuGiOh soundtrack.

I love how incredibly intense this is. The perfect tempo, the moving dissonances, and I love the incorporated bit of the Yugioh theme. I know they changed it from the original songs, but I loved the theme instrumentals too.

UDE actually did create "The Seal of Orichalcos" Field Spell Cards. They were used a few years back at Nationals and various conventions in Yu-Gi-Oh! "Duel with the Orichalcos Master" special events. If you beat the "Orichalcos Master" you would walk away with a free t-shirt, but if you lost... You would get your picture taken and added to a wall of "souls." It was a pretty neat concept. Unfortunately, I don't see a public release of Orichalcos being made.
