Ok I know alot of you said you want this book to be a movie. But in my opinion I dont want this book to be a movie because almost every movie based on a book the movie ruins the book. I konw ya'll might say "Shut Up this book is great enough to be a movie" but I'm not saying the book isn't great enough to be a movie I'm just saying the book is really awsome and I don't want to see it get ruined like a lot of books.

@brettbrett678 i agree completely. i mean, it would be really tough to recreate the books. i'm worried they would mess up the grievers, the cranks, or the lightning storm.. there's just a lot of specific things in the book that are kind of cool when left up to the imagination. i would hate to see it ruined. :\

I find the setting of the book quite the same as Murakami's 'Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World': It also starts in a lift, with a man who doesn't remember anything and why he is there, also in the End of the World part, there is this wall surrounding a town, the doors go open and are closed every day and night, and the town's people do not know why they are there...

Has the author read Murakami's novel? Cause I find it very similar, according to the above text!

seriously that was the best book i've ever read. Yeah there's a sequel (does anyone know when that comes out?) if you haven't read this, go get it NOW, you won't regret it. the book was supposed to be spooky; but it wasn't nearly that scary. especially Ben going through the changing. Is this going to be a movie? if so, when does it come out? who had the nose ring? OMG i am now obsessing.... Please reply!

It should be coming out this year and then theres another one right after that coming out in 2011. From reading on James site I believe they have sent the book to film studios but it's not final. Basically 'dont get your hopes up'. But I'm sure it'll be made a movie. I guessed the guy with the nose ring to be Gally O_o... thats my guess haha
