Why can't Obama just say McCain is a liar ..he is I'm tired of the mr. nice guy routine its time to fight for Dems..not sit there and be nice when the other is attacking and lying..
gosh...this interview was not too exciting. Its pretty boring when its a lefty talking to another lefty. There is no dissonance and its too agreeable. Also, I'm not a conservative but I don't think that Fox News lies as much as MSNBC does. NBC had to cut lots of these people because of their bias. Thats why Olberman was unable to present himself at the conventions. I'm not saying that FOX is balanced...i just think its much more balanced compared to this. At least they have Hannity and COlmes
FOX spreads a hell of alot of lies, more than MSNBC does. I agree that they're equally biased though. But all the rumor spreading there they do on Obama on FOX is shameful. They're a smear campaign.
Olberman may be a liberal but at least he isn't claiming to be "fair and balanced" like the folks on the official republican talking points network (FOX news)
wow can olbermann suck obama d*ck.its not too obvious he's your guy .msnbc has no shame on who they put on the air ,and i'm not talking about mr obama.this is directed to the people who put this guy on msnbc ,if you have a touch of integrity.give this guy olbermann his walking papers.
Olbermann is not an objective journalist, he's blatantly left. I think he's on his way out, he should have stuck with sports. Way too softball, but I think O'Reilly's was too agressive and equally inapropriate.
> Olbermann is not an objective journalist, he's blatantly left.
So what? People can only be biased and partisan when they're on the right? As long as he doesn't try to paint himself as neutral *and faux "republican propaganda" network stops doing it* I don't quite see the problem.
> I think he's on his way out
He probably is, MSNBC's bending to the wills of the US right even though Olbermann has the most popular program on the channel... stupid people
Yes Olbermann is blatently pro Obama and I find that unfortunate. But the state of media has been so corrupt for so long now that I think he's just trying to offset the propaganda machine of the right i.e. Fox News who just flat out lie and cheat. Yes Olbermann is biased but he doesn't lie and cheat he just argues his one sided case.
What an awful interview. Did Olbermann seriously invite Obama on to talk about McCain/Palin? It's like a president being questioned by his own press secretary (it's not good enough to ask a softball question, you have to help answer it, too). Even Obama had to be feeling icky by the end of this one. Anyone at ALL objective sees this for what it is.

Hannity and Colmes is not balanced. Alan Colmes seems to be the token liberal.

Obama should just talk. Its like he has to double check every word he says; "ughh, ughh, ughh" because he thinks it will be used against him.
bobsuruncle789 3 years ago
Because, it will. The Reps. will except cherry pick his expressions, spin them, and sheeple will take them as writ.(Lipstick on a pig.)
This tactic:
1) allows the Reps to run a campaign without having to broadcast their own agendas.
and
2) It makes Obama look like he lacks confidence because he's always got to check everything he says.
