2: There are real images to "spark the imagination." It's a manga (Japanese comic) not a novel. There are pictures. That's where they get all the designs from. Plus the images in the manga look better than in the anime. The anime didn't really do the manga art justice.

I think people should've read the manga from the beginning (there's a lot of differences).

Most of the income of Air Gear comes from its biggest medium of entertainment: THE MANGA! Simply asking FUNimation for another season(who dont even make the anime they show. They just distribute. Dont know why you people are complaining to them) will not get you more Air Gear. Trust me you will never know what happens in the story without manga.
