Living creature that can survive under natural laws have the right to life, and no self empowered being has any right let alone should they have any power to destroy a life .

there is a right to choice , but imposing death on innocent life is not included in that choice , a mistaken act of mortal stupidity gives no reason nor right to commit to the murder of an unborn child.
