You seem to be missing the 90/10 rule in this video. The 90/10 rule FORCES the cost of college to rise. Look up the phrase "The Hidden Factor Driving up the Cost of a College Education"
Read the article from Newsvine. This article clearly explains why the cost of both private and public colleges increase due to regulation.
Get rid of such regulations and get rid of the government loans for college, I think the cost of a college education will drastically fall in a few short years.
