Al must have been a very busy fellow. How many thousands of recordings did he make? Amazingly, he kept to a very high standard in the 100s I have heard.

Amazing to hear such an early (and rare) Bowlly record! Strange that Al posed as "Abriani" for the announcement at the beginning, which is unusual in itself; I wonder if this was how the band announced itself on the stage or during radio broadcasts?
