Improper cell phone use is an issue that has been way overlooked. I am sick and tired of people that can't even say "thank you" to a sales person because they would have to interrupt their conversations to do this task. I have gotten into many bouts of road rage over some sorry bitch not paying attention to her driving because her ass was on her cell phone. If I am involved in a accident because of this I will be going to jail for whipping some ass. Man or woman. Black women are the worst.
