omegas are extremely important, mainly down to help in aiding concentration and supple joints. at the moment I'm using herbalifeline which also has tyme, peppermint and clove (gd if u dont like the fishy taste of the capsules). :-)
I haven't been online since before the new yr, due to technical probs. just catchin up with every1 now. I'll be uploadin a new video v.soon so stay tuned. I will include what has happened since my last vid. Thanks for subscribin! Much appreciated! :-)
Ive always wanted to upload a video to youtube but never knew what... I thank you for having the courage to do this. I am starting to do the same on Nov 1st. I fall off and on the wagon to many times.. I want to stay on..
I have subscribed and look forward to seeing more vids.. but I do see it was added in may.
That's perfectly fine, my best advice is to avoid sugar like the plague: Make it enemy No. 1 because it not only makes you crave more sugary things, in my experience if there's nothing sugary in the house to eat I find it makes me eat other things because I'm still having cravings. Sugar is a bitch. I used to regard chocolate as an abusive partner: Sweet and lovable at first, then it makes you feel guilty and tearful. (I've never had any abusive boyfriends, that was just a metaphor) :-D
I'm completely supportive of your weight loss, my tips are as follows: 1) If you eat something that makes you feel guilty, the best thing to do is to just get over it and carry right on track. 2) Scrambled eggs and toast are excellent for brekkie as they keep you going until lunch. 3) Only weigh yourself once a weak otherwise you'll expect too much of yourself and be let down. 4) When you think "I really don't want to exercise" THAT's when to do it, catch yourself out :-) Good luck girl! ;-)
There will be a new video as soon as I unpack my cam! :-) Just moved into new house. I started at 18st 7lbs, new weight and measurements will follow asap

I take 6 grams of fish oil daily. Some data showing it combined with exercise will burn more fat.

I wish you the best of luck on your diet. How much was your starting weight?
How much have you lost so far?
Do you guys have Overeater's Anonymous where u live?
They would be a lot of great support.
