OH! Taking nasty oils tip:

a) stir into juice, drink quickly aka chug

b) take a deep breath, hold it (not your nose), take the oil, and while in the process of exhaling chug juice. I

Orange juice works best for me.

Hon, that looks like a tablespoon not a teaspoon. I don't think it's the omegas because I've been taking cod liver oil all my life and have allergies all my life. Dr told my mom if she ever wanted me to breathe well, we had to move from the east coast. It's probably something in the flax. You can also take LOCALLY grown honey if you can find it. The theory being that the bee pollen will be from the same allergens causing you issues so you build up a resistance. Thanks for the flax tip.

thanks man this definitely works. ive tried everything from antihistamines to allergy shots and none have been as effective as this. joey have you tried the fish capsules? i would think they would be just as effective as the flaxseed oil.

@17rojo1 yeah it taste really bad. Cover your nose and you wont taste it. It should start working on the second third day. Once its working don't stop taking it because then your allergies come back.

I'm going to keep taking flax oil for a year or so, since it is good not just for the allergies, but oh well, it's not my cure.
