@Lilly111201 My guess is that the explosive properties of the baby creepers haven't fully developed yet so instead of blowing up like an adult creeper, they fizzle and shoot up in the air a bit from the force of their meek attempt at an explosion, thereby causing a lot of AAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWing.
