  • is it electric guitar strings??? i want to end up with korean or indonesian made they say in the forum that chinese made is horrible...what do you think...if you have free time and you walk pass by a music shop can you check for me if they still had the indonesian made other website don't answer my queries salamat pare

  • did you sell it??? why??? i'm afraid of buying in ebay since i was here in the philippines the seller might not shipped the guitaar...how much did you bought it?

do they still sell made in indonesia versions in the u.s? please help

  • @MrAmersonilagan I traded it in for a Martin acoustic guitar, which is much better. I bought the Epiphone EJ160E for $350US including a hardshell case. I think they sell either made in indonesia or made in china versions here.

  • @insanityVSchaos is it refurbished when you buy it in ebay??? great sound and great player you are.. in the u.s. are they still selling the made in indonesia version? i like the version of your guitar! they say in the forum that indonesia and korea versions are better than those from china...what can you say about the guitar? the action?the intonation??? sorry for asking so many question but i can compare it here since there is no epiphone/gibson distributor in the philippines please help!

  • @MrAmersonilagan sometimes it is used, sometimes it is new, sometimes it is refurbished. it will usually say so in the ebay description. i'm not sure if they sell indonesia versions or not anymore. the guitar sounds good, very good for playing beatles' songs, the action and intonation were good when I received it.

  • @insanityVSchaos sir thanx for the info if you go in the guitar shops do see display of ej-160e? hope they still sell the indonesian version of it thanx do you have a contact in the u.s. where we can know if they still have indonesian version? thanks...when are going to visit the philippines?

  • @MrAmersonilagan you can contact various online guitar stores to ask if the ej160e's are made in indonesia -- look for the websites for guitar center, musiciansfriend, sweetwater, american musical supply, sam ash, and more. di ko alam when I'm going to the philippines (pasensiya ka na, alam ko konti lang ng tagalog)

  • @insanityVSchaos we've been exchanging emails by sam ash.. i'm just thinking do i have to pay custom taxes when the guitar reaches my doorstep??? ok lang yun ang galing mo kaya mag play ng guitar!!! you' are the best... if i've met you earlier i might be the one who buy's you're guitar....is johnny air cargo ok or fedex?

where do live in the philippines?

  • @MrAmersonilagan yes, you will probably have to pay customs when they deliver it to you. maraming salamat, pare! i haven't sold any guitars to anyone in the philippines. fedex is probably better. i live here in the states.

  • @insanityVSchaos salamat din pare sa mga information abouth sa guitar do you think how much would be the custom tax? half the price of the guitar???and by the way what string do you use in this video? is it acoustic or electric.. coz the ej-160e is meant to be played in acoustic strings they say in the forum...?what gauge are you using and brand?

  • @MrAmersonilagan i'm not sure how much the tax would be... you would have to check online how much you would have to pay. I think the strings were light acoustic strings. I don't know the brand because I didn't put them on

  • are you a filipino

  • @insanityVSchaos where are you residing?? i'm planning to buy a guitar like yours... where is your epiphone ej-160 e made? korea, indonesia or china? just asking because the headstocks of other epiphone ej-160e on google images are wider than the usual...i like the headstock shape of your ej-160e

  • @MrAmersonilagan I live in the US. The Epiphone I had was made in Indonesia, I think.

  • @insanityVSchaos thanks for the info...i've been spoting to but that guitar for over a months now...but i'm afraid that if i ordered online i'll recieved the wider headstock version of epiphone ej-160e..where did you exactly bought it???and what strings do you use? tnx please reply so i will know where to buy the one like yours

  • @MrAmersonilagan I bought the guitar from eBay. I don't know what kind of strings were on it, I never changed them... I don't have the guitar anymore.

  • wow, you are so great man.

  • @MrEchored22 Yeah, I know. Epiphone makes a John Lennon signature J160E -- look it up.

  • john lennon uses gibson J160e not epiphone.

  • @MrBeatlelennon you have the same guitar but he plays it way better than u

  • @MrBeatlelennon you have the same guitar but he plays way better than you hahaha

  • The tambourine is a little annoying but I like your playing.

  • @geoman7447 what tambourine ?

  • @JordanLolss I'm sorry, but there's definitely a tambourine playing in there somewhere. I did enjoy your playing.

  • @geoman7447 JordanLolss isn't playing, I am ;p But thank you, glad you enjoyed my cover.

  • Very Good! One of my favorite early Beatles songs....

  • @MrBeatlelennon I'll try that next time ;)
