If you can find it cheap, I would, but its better on pc (imo, all FPS are better on pc) Multi isn't all that great and there are some deadhards out there but its mostly quiet.

really ? i played it on ps3 also and it was awesome . the graphic is really good . not the best but still ... really awesome . the control is a bit different from cod 4 , duh, it takes a while to get used to . other than that , it's awesome . it's a bit creepy , but it's not scary .
