  • If anybody is interested i have 7-dvd set of Secret of Isis&Shazam on dvd, email me for info, plus 26 dvd set of Tarzan &The Super 7 too

  • Always loved Isis!

  • GOD!! Joanna Cameron was a stone FOX!!! All the guys I knew were in LOVE with her back in the day! She was the one bright spot that made the SHAZAM/ISIS Adventure Hour worth watching! Capt. Marvel was SO lame and campy even when I was a kid!

  • tell me something, why can't Saturday morning's still have programs like this? These were good shows, I remember I could'nt wait till the next new lineup. Todays shows are not like this any more. Remember Six Million dollar man, Bionic Woman, Loveboat, Fantasy Island, shows that were fun to watch, not like all the reality crap we have on TV these days.

  • @phantasm4499 It is all about money these days. Just look at of what is happening out there from politics to corporations. Greed and more greed. And they wonder why things are so messed up economically and socially. Greed of one of the 'Seven Deadly Enemies of Man'.

  • @phantasm4499 for one , producers have focused their marketing departments on reality and competition shows mostly. And all those shows a hypocritically based with some sort of judging panel / and or / elimination factor. People now like taking their agression out on each other (on these reality shows). A show like Isis was made in the early 70's, tv was still technically in its infancy, so it wasnt trying to push boundaries or be overly exploitive (like now).

  • This was my my first superheroine crush! :]!

  • Why is this labeled 2007? Total fraud from 1977 - Boo!!!

  • the music of tv shows from the 70s were awesome

  • Was this show aired again in the summer of '07? Only if I knew I would've have seen it.

  • love that good ole background music

  • That Cindy was really hot.

Anyway, thanks for uploading this. I'm enjoying it.

  • @Timesobserver Yeah. I know people liked Isis, but CIndy wasn't bad either. I have no clue why they replaced her the second season, but the second season was only like 6 episodes. So she didn't miss out on much.

  • @kungfooed I thought Cindy could hold her own pretty well. It's a shame she got replaced in the second season. Seeing Cindy and Isis together must have been the highlight of young teen boys everywhere on Saturday mornings!

  • @Timesobserver probably as simple as a conflict of schedules... actress playing cindy was probably employed elsewhere, when they wanted to produce the second series.

  • i news to watch isis very afternoon after school i love the show got a vodie of it for my kids to watch they little that wonder woman to thank you for theminder

  • I was looking for stuff with 70's Firebirds, besides The Rockford Files and Smokey and the Bandit, when I remembered ISIS! That red 'bird stayed yellow for the rest of the series, which wasn't very long.

  • I was a little boy (born 1970) when ISIS and SHAZAM! were first out. Great memories!

  • @UandMeKid Great times indeed! Was fantastic growing up in the late '60s and early '70s.

  • Funny how Andrea went to the library to research newpaper articles about old car theft rings- yet didn't think to lock her OWN car. Yeah, I know they hotwired it but I doubt they've have wanted to attract too much attention if they'd had to break into a locked car! Also, that must have been a very powerful microscope light to be able to for her see the acrylic paint. Anyway, it was fun and thanks for posting!

  • I wonder what JoAnna Cameron looks like today ???

  • There were the good ol days...I was about 12 when ISIS/SHAZAM hour was on the air

  • His unpaid parking ticket joke didn't go over very well, they both kind of ignored it like "uhhh yeah..."

  • OH might queen, ... to who??? Hachesap?

  • Hatshepsut. Female Pharaoh from 1479 to 1458 B. C. 18th dynasty. Her consort was her brother Thutmose III who shared the throne, but she was the recognized power. He succeeded her upon her death. It is said that she decorated her saddle with the severed penises of her enemies.

  • See, this is what I mean. SuperMAN gets to save the planet, BatMAN gets to save Gotham, but Isis gets to solve a minor rash of car thefts in the suburbs.

  • Hey, Wonder WOMAN saved the world from the Nazis. I think women ROCK... and I'm a dude. So take heart.

  • What the hell ever happened to JoAnna Cameron? She disappeared after this show....

  • I checked at IMDb. Her last appearance in front of the camera was in 1980, when she would have been 29. I would guess she got married and consequently gave up acting.

  • gave up acting yes...got married no...last I heard she's still single.

  • Great reaction when bummerboy hears Andrea's car was just stolen. LOL!

  • She had a guest role on the short lived Spiderman TV series, then went on to direct promotional films for the US Air Force. She had basically dropped out of acting by the 80's. I believe that she had some unpleasant experiences.

  • she quit acting due to producers wanting her to sleep with them to advance her career...she declined and her career did as well...

  • Do they still have the big Saturday Morning Kid show block or is that been rendered obselete by cable, computers and Xbox?

  • Nope---I haven't seen cartoons on CBS, ABC or NBC in years. A thing of the past, unfortunately.

  • I totally remember that red Firebird. I'm 37.

  • you know they just do not make cartoons and shows like this anymore. ah,the good old days,i too remember watching ISIS,shazam, superfriends, battle of the planets,he-ma,she-ra,all saturday day morning show, from 7-12 every saturday. of course my parents b*tch at it of course, they kept saying i should go outside and enjoy the sun.

  • Stellar dialog:

ERNIE: Besides, it's dangerous. I don't think a girl could do it alone.

CINDY: Because I'm a GIRL, right?

  • I came across the DVD set at a Best Buy. I remember watching it as a kid....and looking at it now,....man a lot of these shows are just corny.

  • Wow! I haven't seen an episode of this since Saturday mornings in the 1970s. Looking at it from an adult perspective, it's not bad for a kiddie show.

  • Those were the scariest cars I've ever seen in my life.

  • Yeesh, You can tell this stuff is the end product of executives sitting in a committee trying to come up with something "for the kids".

  • Joanna Cameron, ... I love you since 1978.Joanna Cameron Forever!

  • God! I loved this show too!!! Every Saturday morning I was ready for Isis. I guess I must've been around 4 or 5 y.o. Brings back SUCH great memories!

  • Yes i remember this show too! every Saturday morning ! Joanna Cameron I still love you !!

  • If they did do an Isis movie it would be cool if she fought the Terrorists. I bet this series would be banned in most Middle East countries because she is not covered up enough. She was and is still hot!

  • wow... what memories! I knew I'd find it here on Youtube! Thanks so much for posting this.

  • WOW Cindee Lee, Classic Hentai looking chick!

  • You gotta love the porn movie wah wah pedal! Love and peace to all!

  • WOW!! THis brings back such great memories for me. I loved this show. I was like seven when I saw it. THanks for the post.

  • this is interesting. too bad this was on before i was born :-(

  • Ernie is a little cutie! Does anyone know if ole Ernie grew up to be gay and happy?

  • Chicks are always falling and twisting their ankles in old shows. Proof they need to be home cooking and cleaning.

  • You said it, sister!

  • You know, this is the very first time I've seen this because even though I was a young kid being brought up on the Bionic Woman and Wonder Woman (*swooooon*),"The Secrets of Isis" was never shown in Britain. Got some of the original DC comics from the late '70's and now I might by the DVD when it comes out over here. It's what saturday morning kids tv was all about...(*sighs*) those were the days...

  • Darn...you missed out...ISIS and Shazam was a Saturday morning Ritual in my house.

  • LMAO

  • And "Ba" is an aincient Egyptian name for the soul...

  • Jo Cameron is the hottest chick ever. A friggin Fucking machine. Way hotter than Lynda Carter.

  • Yeah, I was more into Isis than Wonder Woman as a kid. I remember I used to drag the living room TV into my bedroom on early Saturday mornings so I could jerk off to Isis in privacy. ;) Sometimes I was lazy (TVs were big in the 70s too) and just did my business quietly in the living room praying mom and dad wouldn't catch me. :)

  • yeah but lynda was a babeasaurus

  • I have to call my sister. We used to watch this together.

  • Loved this show along with SHAZAM, Electra Woman and Dynagirl. I would not mind them coming back.

  • Wow! Cool beyond measure. Am I the only one who thinks the Amulet Presenting Heiroglyphs in the opening of Isis is seen in the background of the full opening of "Desperate Housewives."

  • now that's when firebirds were cool.

  • wow! my flashback to childhood's complete - Shazam, Electa Woman (Deidre Hall, anyone?) & DynaGirl & Isis...wonder if they'll make this into a movie? kinda hope not, but if they did...coool!

  • I grew up on ALLL of that...and my nickname is ISIS...assumed for this tv show...and the REAL goddess...thank you thank you very much.

  • If they make an Isis movie, they better have Catherine Zeta Jones playing the title role.

  • WOW! She'd make a PERFECT ISIS!!!

  • So I was about 9 years old and The Secrets of ISIS was my favorite Saturday morning show. Johanna Cameron was one of the sexiest women I knew of on TV! And what ever happened to kids shows that had a moral to story???

  • I agree with all that but Ms Cameron's name was JoAnna not Johanna.

  • yeah man she was a hottie

  • classic '70s saturday morning tv rules! I watched ISIS and Shazam! every saturday. then at noon when all the cartoon were over for the day, I'd be outside playing. those were the days. *sigh*

  • no doubt suberbat....me too.....

  • Yes, t hey were sweet days, with theme songs on the sitcoms and cool Saturday programs. Would you believe that my 4th grade teacher pronounced "Isis" as "iz iz", as did all the other teachers? Sheesh, didn't they take Egyptology or something to get their college degrees?

  • I always liked the theme music, it's a bit subdued in a way and i like how it kind of dies down when they show the spinning filmation logo.

  • WHat could possibly happen to a cute asian chick in an abandoned car lot???

  • Joanna Pang!!! Man i remember I had a crush on her and forgot where I had seen her, been haunting me from time to time, thanks for the brain extract.

  • back in the day you could leave the doors unlocked, that was thirty years ago,but not now,it's sad.

  • Yep, 30 years ago when crime was at an all time high. Yep. I'm sure Ted Bundy felt pretty safe in the 70's

  • hey the 70s crime was not as high as it is today thats for sure

  • Not true, actually higher in the 70's.

  • "Ow, twisted my ankle! Gary and Wyatt were right! I AM just a cliche! If only the porn soundtrack hadn't startled me."

  • ok, she's gorgeous AND she drives a red Firebird?? Why isn't Rick Mason getting any of that? Maybe he had the hots for the principal instead. LOL

  • No, he had the hots for Isis! LOL

  • In one episode Rick said he would like to marry someone who looks like Isis and cooks like Andrea. Then Andrea said he was a chauvanist or something, haha.

  • CINDY: You know something, Mr. Mason? I think you aughta get married.

    MR.MASON: I'm going to.

    MISS THOMAS: You are? When?

MR.MASON: As soon as I find someone who looks like Isis ... and cooks like you.

MISS THOMAS: If that's your attitude towards women, you're going to end up a very old and hungry bachelor.

    See it on:

    watch?v=K2ae8r9rC7g

(This dialog is at 4:30 of this clip.)

  • I remember this! Along with Shazam, Scooby Doo, and Land of the Lost.

Takes me back to another time.

    Thanks!

  • Where's part2??I'd like to see the rest..

  • Um, just what is Ba(Na)2 on the blackboard? Certainly not a compound! Both metals. Lesson: Lock your car Andrea and don't trip over nothing, Cindy!.

  • Ba(Na)2...expand to Ba Na Na

    Those silly Filmation guys!

  • Okay, so Andrea knows there are car thieves but she leaves her Trans Am unlocked anyway? And what's up with Cindy Lee? Is she that stupid too? LOL. :-) I would love to see part 2, so we can at least experience the Isis transition.

  • nah, doorlocks in those days were just to keep us from falling out of cars. nobody thought anyone would steal. haven't you heard? the world was perfect back then.

  • Hey! Where's part 2?
