Just picked one of these up today, actually. Paid all of $5 for it-am thrilled! I probably WILL be building a case/stand for it soon...
I'll be using it in place of an accordian in my musical endevors. Great up!
To fix the keys is pretty simple, you just need to adjust the reeds. You should totally keep it-even if you don't play, it's fun to mess around on!
