Capitol Hill sources are saying that senior McCain people are more than concerned about Palin. Ok, for that you need to read a book, instead of the internet, and you will be required to actually think. If you do not recognize Ron Paul as a protectionist yet.. then I can't help you. Read his book "The Revolution: A Manifesto". If your looking for something that says "hi, I'm a protectionist" you won't find it.

You might be able to download a PDF copy after you pay for it, however no one is going to post the book, that would be an infringement of copy write laws. And you have a point about a tariff on imported goods, I think we should lift the taxes on exported goods, so we can manufacture here and compete with other nations on price. If you read Ron Paul, you will see his answer is to tax imports more.
