Nice. The title is wrong though, the telescope belongs to NASA, ESA and CSA not just NASA. It will also be launched with the Ariane V of Europe.

I first saw thi in 2004 when working on the telescope spec. This thing is going to own Hubble for great imagery. Just wait and see.

@yatahe49 The James Webb is a near infra red telescope, It is a compelety different kind of imaging aparatus. It will not be able to take visible light images. The two will do very different jobs and the James Webb will see further for different kinds of observsations.
