it still works on pc, i just did it, awesome glitch, you CAN get out of the map... i recommend using tack insersions, one man army, lightweight and (if ur using explosives and NOT tack insersions) commando pro (so you can kill yourself if you fall inside the map)

Make sure you remove all updates. Second, on the console versions of the game you can't jump to the white balconies, so you'll have to take a slightly harder path. First jump to the leaning beam, then jump to the next one (like in the vid), then jump to the middle, then the last one. The next part is the strafe jump, but I can't get it to work (partly because I haven't done one in about a year) so it might be impossible. If you can do them, go for it.
