I think no one who does not live here any longer, or at least travel through this area to actually stop and visit people here, should keep their "oh nos" to themselves! You (the ones who split) ran from here to Mayfar, Juniata, The NE, etc. . . well LOL it's there too! :D Now IF only all of you who ran did not RUN, but however, you stayed like my family did taking the Pride of being FROM Kensington and backing it up with the COURAGE to REMAIN, well it would have been better. Go HOME!
if the city would just tear down all the abandoned properties, they need not have to find new buildings just tear down and create spaces that would inspire people to want to buld, you can barely see any potential through the junk that controls the landscape. and there is so much potential all throughout this city.
there is a latino guy in philly who has 9 or 10 kids and does not care for them he is a pizza/manager/cook/construction worker he waste his $ on diff gals/bars/cars he is a cheater/dirty/manipulator/liar and can ruin your rep trust me dont feel sorry for him initials M.A.M aka P N E A if you know him help to bring him down copy and paste
