Ken, There is a gym in my office and I train with one guy at lunch. he is a blue belt, about my size and skill level. After training and rolling together for a few months now, we have become very accustomed to each others games and the training has gotten a little stale. can you suggest some two man drills we can work on? do you have a video on this?
awesome thanks for sharing cause, the past month or so i haven't been doing jiu jitsu, cause the guys i was working with have their own thing going on so it's hard to stay motivated but i think that will help doing the solo drills.
@iwanttofight69 Penetration steps, sprawls, and sitouts are all moves you practice on your own that can help improve your wrestling. I did recommend training them each in timed interval as long as your comp matches. Try to blast out as many good reps as you can within the given interval. This will help develop your cardio and your explosiveness in addition to improving your technique.
Great video, thanks a lot for this. I train Judo and my groundwork is just terrible, I think these drills will really help.

Solo drills have helped me improve my game back when I used to train at an academy where nobody wanted to drill and I couldn't find any partners.
