On PC, if you hold the F key, you'll zoom out into 3rd person and can move around yourself with the mouse.

Thanks! Radiation makes you weaker, depending on how irradiated you become (-str, -cha, etc). Eventually it can kill you.

i find it funny how swimming in a pool of radiation will only give u 1 rad per second but simply using a toilet will give you 24 or something like that per second

i think if is because the game takes "using" the toilet as drinking from it. and the toilets are really dirty. ^_^

In the Pip boy Items->Weapons screen, hold a number key, 1 through 8, while clicking a weapon to assign it a hot slot. When you're out and about, just hit any of the number keys you've assigned a weapon to to switch to it.
