Do you realize that you are doing a great disservice to the raw community by CONFUSING the matter? Do you know how many TRULY DISAPPOINTED people I've had to steer to the truth after being misguided by videos like this after assuming that maple syrup and regular cocoa were raw?
What are you talking about? I use raw cacao all the time. Also, there is no such thing as raw maple syrup. Before being boiled down, maple syrup is watery tree sap, and totally inappropriate for any recipe. The recipe in this video could have been raw VERY EASILY, but they decided to confuse people further by using cooked ingredients in a recipe they call "raw". Such a shame.

Thats why I allways watch those "How they do it" TV programs. Also some food was not meant to be eaten raw.
