Alright guys, here's what you've been asking for: where to download illegal copies of things. You get a torrent client, such as bittorent or utorrent, then find a torrent of the game/video/etc, which can easily been found via google. Sadly I have had no luck getting the ISO to play on my dolphin.

Yes it is the laws have changed, and have been for a while, like I have said 12000 times already you cannot take a game and make a rom out of it its against the law now. You no longer own the actual things on the game discs, you only on the disc istelf and the things on it cannot be used in anything but what it is licsenced to.

The emulator has stability problems when running Fire Emblem at a higher (40-60) fps and crashes a lot. In comparison, playing at 20-40 fps has no crashes but is also UNBEARABLY slow. Sigh.

FPS on Dolphin... When will they make an emulator that can actually run at a decent framerate. The Gamecube isn't that powerful at all.

This runs at full speed on my computer on the latest revisions. Even the Wii version of this runs pretty fast on dolphin. The gamecube is difficult t emulate because we don't know much about its hardware. So emulating it is difficult.

Switch off the battle animation (just like shown in this video). It seems like Dolphin still cant handle the glichty combat scene. As for the CPU reset thing, keep pressing enter and it will be gone.

Side not, as battle gets larger with more people/ area the fps gets lower... kinda unfortunate

Okay I got it to run, though not very smoothly. At the beginning it's 25.79 FPS, but after 10-15 seconds I get 2 errors and it's 6-8 FPS. Anyone knows why?

Also if I use Render framebuffer the screen gets all green (of Dolphin) and it crashes.

Okay, so.. I have downloaded the ISO file of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. I have the Dolphin emulator.

When I try to run it I get the following errors:

Fatal Error: failed to load ansi_font.bin

Fatal Error: failed to load sjis_font.bin

I also don't know how to convert it to GCM, can anyone help me out a little here?;)

first of all, gamecube dosnt use rom file types, instead they use either .iso or .gcm file types. second you can make a back-up copy of your game with the right programs on your computer and that is how you get the file types.

Good to see this will run. I have a 2.4GHz AMD Athlon X2, some mobo (forgot the name), 8800GT EVGA Superclocked Edition, and 2GB DDR2 RAM. Should run fine, although it'll use only one of my cores.

I don't know if your Athlon can run 64-bit OSes, but if so, you can use the 64-bit version of Dolphin on Windows XP/Vista 64-bit. I did it (but couldn't get a video, maybe I'll try again), it ran decently fast. Dualcore mode somehow makes FE:PoR unstable and slower in the emulator though.

You need to be more specific. What error? Have you ensured dynarec is on? Is your rom in GCM/ISO format? etc

Dynarec is on and the rom is in iso format and renamed so its .gcm. Any attempts to load it pretty much justs ends dolphin altogether. I tried loading GCoS 1.5 and then fire emblem, but it gave a fatal error message that it couldn't read the DVD plugin.
