There really isnt one nowadays either, and no, you cant consider kobe one because kobe is mostly scoring except for maybe Wade.
Thats one of the many reasons that MJ is so great, he did it on both ends of the floor, consistently.
Kemp didnt handle MJ very well. Payton did a decent job, as everyone brings up that one series/game he had.
