Looks like a Golden Tree Snake(Chrysopelea ornata). It is very common in Thailand and is mildly poisonous. They feed on mice, rats, geckos. There are however, some similar ones called Green Pit Viper and Mangrove Pit Viper which are more poisonous and locals recognize them from their burnt/redish colored tail tips.
