Pertaining bout music, it is a matter of khilaf. Some scholars said it is Haraam, some said it's ok but with lots of limitations. But the main important thing is the direction & content of the music itself. The prophet on some occasion likes some form of singing frm the people of Ansar. If the music is positive in struggling to promote Islam w/o any negativity of any form then it is ok. Struggling to protect & educating people about Allah's religion is a form of Jihad. Salaam.
