I know everybody plays with their strings in tune...but why does Masaaki always seem to be MORE in tune than anyone else??Absolutely perfect! Such command! Such tone! And the echo allows him to compose with notes of any duration.
Also, while I very much respect the 'organic' nature of a lot of fingerstyle picking, Master Kishibe NEVER plays a note just because it's there, or just because his fingers are there...know what I mean?
Masaaki's passion for music inspries me :) ... and as the world of music becomes increasingly harder to respect , i love that i can type in masaaki's name into youtube and h4ear someone hu's passion for music never ceases to amaze me. ... it scares me that fingerstyle music is my passion and many people choose not to accept its beauty ... this is why masaaki is such a great inspiration to me :)
@aaronthomasmckenna ? what do you mean by the world of music becomes harder to respect? Its been the same way it is now since the 50s pretty much? Except now its easier for people to find an audience through pure hard work rather than gatekeepers? Please explain, I'm confused!
