  • so..what do i replace my 2 whole wheat toasts i eat ONCE a week with my Broccoli, tomatoes and onion Ommlette? ..i thought i was eating healthy, but apparently i still have this small wheat belly i seem to cant get rid of......please help..i wanna six pack :)

  • I'm not eating carbs from bread, pasta, rice and etc. for a week now and I noticed that my bloating went away!

  • Get the book it has lots of suggestions. Don't be afraid of healthy fats. They are loaded with calories and are what your body was meant to run on. Nuts, seeds, avocados, saturated fats in organic grass feed meat, eggs to name a few!

  • I knew it!! I always fall asleep after eating wheat/bread products and I hated it!! Today the shit stops! But I'm keeping my bagel butt ;)

  • Can someone explain to me another way to get the calories in. I am highly active and I want to go wheat free without getting fatigue because of the lack of calories.
