i think i saw this exact same car driving around the streets of toronto at exhibition place, the location of the honda indy, but its not on for another month and the roads are still all open to the public. i was wondering the same thing... is this legal?

@kmd Yep, saw this exact car this past weekend at Anderson, and it's fitted with tiny headlights and taillights, license plate, and is street legal.
