Just a question, if the alien is supposedly alive there, and after these scenes the being even communicates to him and take some water, etc... Why is the being lying on the floor so still and apparently dead (like a doll)? An spontaneous cure? This fact, and the part where there is just an audio tape, ruins this case in my opinion. And I want to find a case undesputedly clear so badly, but always happens something suspicious. Really well documented case, though.

@Chiofvi79: To answer your question - I believe the creature was floating in and out of consciousness. That is why it "appears" dead in this video. The primary purpose of this video was to show that the creature "spontaneously reacted" to him tripping on his video camera's power cord. The creature briefly opened its eye - as if it was startled by all of the commotion. To me, that is pretty compelling evidence that this is real.

@JoanScutter Yes, I agree, there's no doubt that the being itself looks impressively real, much more than the dolls from the Spielberg movies (as well as the fact that he changed his skin color thru the time, unexplainable!) and seems close to creatures like turtles or reptils. If it would have been a doll, he wouldn't have taken so close capture from the being. Just wanted to say that there are details like the bracelet demostration video or the audio tapes that subtracts credibility to this.

@Chiofvi79: This is an enormously complex case, so there are certainly aspects of it that could lead one to question its authencity. However, keep in mind, this is a REAL PERSON this happened to...not Jason Bourne. And as such, he is capable of sometimes making decisions that are well-intentioned...but turn out to be really bad decisions. People like this are sometimes so desperate to prove they are not crazy - that they embellish, lie or even sometimes fake evidence to help bolster their case.

@JoanScutter he was allergic to dogs?? why have one?,why 2 names reed/rutter? how come the alien craft looks rather small,even for a four foot alien?? you cant see the ship hovering,theres bushes at the bottom,convienetly?? theres to many un-answered questions on this case why? everytime i research further, i get blocked?? or like a politician,i dont get a straight anwer???

@sarahforbes1: He was not allergic to dogs. I have photos of him with his childhood dog, and I have also been around him when he was PETTING dogs...without any allergic reactions. The name Reed was created to try to protect his privacy. Using photographic analysis, the Obelisk (black craft-like object) was established to be over 9 feet long. The Obelisk is not obscured by bushes all of the time. In fact, it is seen to hover in several photographs and also in the "Full Woods Footage".

I don't have any idea how you have come to the conclusion that the head is a different size. Different zoom scales and different camera locations will ALWAYS make something look smaller and larger. What could you possibly be using as an absolute reference to make such a strange statement?

The creature's colors do indeed APPEAR to be different from video to video...and there is a simple explanation for that. Some of it is video footage from a camcorder. Some of it is from a camera using conventional color film. And some of it is from a camera using color slide film.

Each of these will produce images that will tint differently and that is just unavoidable without a lot of tweaking. However, since that wasn't explained anywhere, I can understand why you would ask that question.

I'd take it to the nearest walmart or ALDI and quickly stuff it in a freezer in front of as many people as possible so there's plenty of witnesses and plenty of walmart video camera footage from all angles so there was no denying it existed, and to top it off being in a freezer at a Walmart alot more people would see it preserved behind glass.

Keeping an alien at home like that in your own freezer is just asking for trouble, first off, if a UFO crashed or was in area it's probably been documented and reported, secondly, someone would probably quickly venture out to the location searching and gathering items, if a UFO were lost you'd think it'd have some form of lo-jack on it. Next, keeping UFO and alien in original location for too long gives it time to be recovered by 3rd parties and possibly destroyed.
