@GuitaristEliKing Well I don't own it so I can't say for sure but the way I would think it works is that once you plug into the input (given that it also has a power supply) you will have to wait a little bit for the tube to warm up but you won't have to wait everytime you switch it off and on.
would a cheap 5 watt peavy valveking 8 give a decent tone when run by any tonebone tube pedals?(just as warm and thick as what you could hear in the guitarproshop demo videos)? i'll just use it for recording..and merely for youtube demo purposes..:)
