Its funny to see all these obese out of shape dutch kids riding I would say that the Dutch are the most overweight country because of the high number of cyclist that do cardio . Unlike a lot of American kids are the best shape by playing video games for hours and eating super size fast food and sitting on there duffs thats the best cardio
I'd love to be able to ride a bike to school but my school is 1/2 away driving so I can't. These kids have such a beautiful route to travel by too! Jealous ;)
The trade-off however, is that when you live in the Netherlands you can't afford a car at 16 or 18, or even 21. I know many 30-years old who have never owned a car.
@wanttoread5 Not many 16, 18 year olds in the US can afford cars either; mostly it's their parents buying them one, which is why at least half of the 17-18 year olds in my high school drove to school everyday. 21 year olds, maybe, although they probably have loads of loans from college alone. Such is the culture in this country. I don't know about anyone else, but I personally feel that 16 (or 14 in some states) is a little young to be operating machinery such as a car. 18 would be better.
Das toch ruim 100 km verderop) Mooie video weer
When I see videos like this it makes me miss Nederland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It must give a sense of independence to kids that they don't have where I live. Because they are nearly all dropped to school in cars.

This is a lovely and peaceful film and makes we wish I had moved to the Netherlands when I had the chance.

És igen, nekünk van ombudsman.
