If you read closely it says largest free standing cylindrical tank, not the largest tank in general. But honestly there are probably multiple cylindrical tanks larger than this one.

@Pbnationfreak Actually the aquarium in Dubia or Georgia Aquarium are the largest, I;m just not sure which is bigger of the two. They both hold whale Sharks, so they are huge.

@Joemama6102 I have been to the Columbus Zoo a couple times, and it is "like a fry" compared to the GA Aquarium. But to be fair, the GA Aquarium is "like a fry" compared to the Okinawa Aquarium, which is "like a fry" compared to the ocean. :P
