even if you get an achievement, i think you should need more Cr for every rank, not less.

besides, they put the achievements in after the game itself is done, SO that means they made the rank before the achievement.

my point is: Why do they decrease the needed Cr instead of Increase it? the higher rank the more work, right? achievements doesn't affect the game in any way.

It is one of the worst-looking helmets. people only wear it because they want to be "cool", but in Halo 3 it was only douchebags who wore ugly recon helmets.
